within thirty days for a full refund less the initial shipping

Returning merchandise purchased directly from ChicBlvd
must include the invoice, a description of the problem
and a request for a refund, a replacement or credit toward
an alternative product.
All custom orders (i.e. monograms) can not be cancelled
or changed after initial order placed or with in 48 hrs
unless written consent is placed.
